Original decorated brown cloth with gilt title and crossed rifles on the front board and gilt title on the spine. Some minor wear at the corners and spine ends, and some light rubs on both boards and the spine. Hinges inside and out are solid. A little browning to the endpapers, but none to the text pages. Quite a rare book on bird shooting, with plates on geese, snipe, partridge and duck shooting. No other copies on the internet at this writing. Now protected in a clear, mylar sleeve.
