Bright gilt title on spine. No fading or sunning. Inside, milt foxing throughout and both internal hinges are cracked. No prior owner marks. Isabella Bird, an intrepid traveler seemingly eager to wander off from her husband for long periods, and to write superb and valuable tales of her travels. Recommended. This is a later "popular" edition, as the 1881 first edition was published in two volumes.
