No date of publication, but circa 1940 since the LEC was founded by George Macy in 1929. Scarce, no other copies on the inteernet as of this writing. A bargain price because the internal hinges are weak. No edgewear or blemishes to the cloth binding. Errata slip. Unpaginated, but about 40 pages.
